If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of receiving your product. There will be a 15% re-stocking fee, and return shipping charges that are the customer's expense.

The chair seems to be sturdy but it is too small for me. I have tried to get authorization to return so I can purchase larger chair but no response. So I will not be purchasing anything else from this company.
